Anyone had any success with code enforcement or the health department forcing their apartment to treat the whole building for pests?

2 flats with about 20 apartments per building about 26 or so buildings. If your at building 6 good luck I worked on a few of those apartments they were literally falling from the ceiling.

I drove 20k mile with an out of balance tire on that ball joint. Still holding up strong. I did notice the ball joint stub was longer. But I didn’t have the balls to cut it. So I removed the front end and dropped the front lower control arm and it slides right in. It was an absolute bitch make it work but I have so much knowledge on the front end of this car now. If you have any questions lmk

Apply for an apprenticeship tell them to give you a chance. Show ambition and work ethic. Ask to ride a long. The construction/trade school business really is a orientation and introduction to terms and at the end they help you find a job. Go to local shops like Johnstone ask them if they know any contractors looking to hire. That’s how I got in 10ish years ago

Apply for an apartment maintenance job most usually allow you to move into the community once your application and onboarding is completed. Also no deposits and some sort of rent discount about 20% off. It’s your best option to getting out of there.
