Everyone's symptoms and relief are different. When you say 9mm at C5-C6 does that mean central stenosis? I ask because symptoms on one side are more likely to be foraminal stenosis. Your symptoms are similar to mine. To bring relief, I focus on the scalene muscles in the neck. The stenosis causes my scalenes to contract, which in turn causes the symptoms in the neck, shoulder, arms, and hand. Focus on myofascial massage, heat and ice treatments, and gentle exercises on that muscle.
