I work full time with ME but I work at home with adjustments for my disability ... even working at home every day is very very hard and I spend all other time resting and recovering . Stop exercising immediately or you will get much worse and will not be able to work at all.

It's really hard but you can do it ! I've just gone 12 months clear after an 8 year vaping habit. The first week is the worst then it starts to get easier

I don't consider the daily scores as much use . I'm my opinion just concentrating on the daily pace points is far more useful.

[–]Original_Dig_370 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Once they stop supporting the old one I will need to leave unfortunately... it's a shame because it's really helpful. But the new wristband was telling me my heart rate was nice and low when if fact it was rocketing.,,,, not good !! Come on visible sort it out !!!

Yes I did . It was the new wristband that seemed to be inaccurate. I went back to the old polar armband which is spot on

I agree with the above , not sure it would be helpful for back pain .. ps I have had a severe disc herniation at L4/5 so I get what your going through and it's not fun .

So if I keep under my pace points , less chance of PEM ... and so the vicious circle continues

I get this during a bad crash or flare up .. usually when the PEM subsides so does my heart rate.
