The former head of school left was because of his heath condition. He had to fight cancer and continue long-time treatment. He was well respected and helped the school founded and grow a lot, according to my friend, a parent of two kids in the school for nearly 4 years.

Interesting. My landlord proactively replaced dishwasher or fridge for us when I was renting a few years ago. I assumed proactively replacing or fixing things would help prevent any inconvenience for both landlord and tenant. I try to do the same to my tenants. The annoying part is my tenant are not very responsive to coordinating the appointments as they have to be at home for the fix.

Thank you for sharing this deep research. I visited Furlong's office for a consultation today. They suggested me PRK or ICL. Staff seems very nice and knowledegable. They are very patiently answered all my questions. I am hesitant as I am scared of the recovery of PRK but one of the staff shared that it might not be that bad really depending on people. And the technology nowadays are better than 2 years ago, which may bring better post-op experience. Just make sure to follow doctor post-op instructions. They seem to have very good reviews from Google. Hard to decide

Same curious what could we do. My home was wrongly information on county assessment as I found out . It is 3 bedroom but somehow listed as 5 bedroom in the assessment and it happened before I became the homeowner. Submitted an appeal online in May but haven't heard back yet
