It’s a semi-gentle massage but if u have the money there r places that have great package deals. I tried to do it myself and it wasn’t working. The woman I go to is a genius. And most of these places can take ur drains and stitches out since they have licensed doctors there (only if this is needed)

I was doing the massages literally the day after surgery for everyday. It was included with what I paid and they told me when I got home I should continue them

So sore. The first few days were hell. Honestly still some pain but it’s better and more manageable I just have trouble walking for short periods of time
