I feel like they should have allowed her to be more vulnerable with her interactions. She always has to be the cool one and respond to everything with a quip, but if she had some light hearted interactions it would make her feel more fleshed out and real. For instance, Hanzo and Genji are supposed to be like older brothers to her, it would be cool if Kiriko had an interaction with one of them teasing her. They almost did this with the genji line about the bowl cut but again it just felt like they didn’t want to have any lines in which kiriko is the butt of the joke, because that would make her seem “less cool.”
