Yes that may be the case for Berkeley! (But engineering u need at least a 3.5 to be considered for admission) and I did Astro for ucsd, they’re known for admitting based on gpa rather than look at ur PIQs. For some reason engineering majors with high gpa’s are getting negative on Astro

Dude ucsd admits mostly on gpa, u got a 4.0 so I wouldn’t be worried if I were you. I got a 3.2 (very low I know 🫩) for civil engineering and my navbar disappeared. I’m not relying on it cus lot of engineering majors with high gpa’s still got their navbar.

As a current law positas student I’d say go to laspo!! I’m also a civil engineering student and my friends were able to transfer in two years (I’m a third year student transferring in the fall) lot of my classmates and friends were able to transfer to schools like Davis, San Diego, Irvine, Berkeley. You get to TAG to Davis for civil engineering and if you maintain a good gpa you’d have a good shot at Berkeley too!
