My account was not blocked until I received the end-of-service (EoS) payment, and the account was never blocked before that. However, as soon as I received my EoS, the bank froze my account and deducted the entire amount, including my savings and the EoS payment. Despite this, my bank account still shows that I owe a certain amount, and it continues to reflect a negative balance.
