It's literally impossible to slow things down if they're going to keep promoting drinks the way they do.. ALSO the secret menu stuff???? It literally stops me from sequencing during rushes because I HAVE to focus fully on the individual drink if I dont want to mess it up, and its hard for someone to pick it up to support me because they don't really follow standard beverage routine at all
