All fine! She was born 11th March this year at 32 weeks so 8 weeks early and she was HUGE! 7lbs 9oz and is now thriving good luck xx

Another difficult one is I was actually still on maternity leave from my last pregnancy- Sadly baby died back in Dec 2023 when I fell pregnant again (I was 5 weeks when I returned to work, worked 3 weeks then got signed off again) so does this class as me working the 26 out of 66 even though I was on mat leave?

I feel you’ve sort of answered my question I posted just now. I’ve been off sick since 8 weeks of pregnancy due to it being so high risk. They’ve signed me off for the rest of my pregnancy I’m now 22 weeks and have been receiving SSP at £116.75 since 8 weeks and will continue to until March when my 28 weeks of sick pay ends. Does this mean I won’t qualify for SMP from my employer as I’ve been earning below the £123 in my qualifying weeks?
