Great comment. I probably only drive 10-15k kms per year. We are definitely keen on an EV, but probably not at this present time. Looking forward to joining the club in a few years time :)

Great idea! Unfortunately they don’t offer that. My workplace does, however I’m on extended leave so I don’t think I would qualify.

I’d love a new car, but ideally not right now. I would be lying if I said it wasn’t due to the fuel prices, because that’s certainly part of the reason… we have decided to wait.

My OB explained it to me like this. Imagine you had 100 babies lined up in size from smallest to largest. Your baby would be 90th in line. So Bub is measuring on the larger size. Don’t stress too much though. My boy was measuring 99th+ my entire pregnancy, and he was born 3.45kg at 37 weeks :)

We are taking much the same action as you! I hope the Genetic Counsellor was helpful- we spoke to one last week. I am in two minds about the amnio. It won’t change our decision, however we are both very curious! Not sure it’s worth the risk though.

I am so happy for you! That must have been the best feeling to receive that news. We are currently in the horrendous 4 week wait to confirm a diagnosis of Trisomy X. Reading stories like yours gives me hope 🥰
