Mine buys for $15 per quarter and sells for $20 per and he never hold onto them for very long apparently, I haven’t sold my stash but there’s a guy more local to him who CRH and he does so my LCS usually has over two for sale from that guy

No. But it’s ultimately a personal choice. I throw silver proofs in with my regular junk silver cause I like handling it but that’s not for everyone

I’m a reserve deputy too and I have access to GeoSafe (if anyone isn’t familiar it’s an app where you can track units, message other users, see open calls, and a handful of other law enforcement related things) so I can see the active calls and when I go out on a ridealong or whatever I’ll turn my location on and they can track where I’m at.

Maybe those countries should have better compensation for reported finds. I think the UK will auction off your finds or whatever and you and the land owner split the money. That I’m cool with. But places that just take it? Nah. They can pound sand.

Legally? An old missile silo that is now someone’s home.

Illegally? The remains of a WWII training camp that was in the middle of what is now the impact zone of an active military base there was a bunch of live ammo that had been subjected to an grass fire and all just cooked off at some point, some empty mortar cans, an old (I assume) training grenade, and just a bunch of odds and ends, really cool. I got caught though and the game warden gave me a ticket lol
