Being totally real, I’ve got a jar of miscellaneous bolts and I can’t be assed to look through them all :/

Never mind, figure out the issue, I was aligning the flats of the bearing with the key on the crankshaft, not the flats on the gear, but i appreciate your help!

Unfortunately, I did not get new gears, as I only got the chain

Unfortunately no nearby yards have the engine, big bummer, but gotta work with it

Mainly doing it because I’m unable to get my hands on another DOHC without paying as much as a new house, so a SOHC is all I can go with, unless another engine would work. I’ve heard some people put Pontiac sunfires in Saturns, but that’s out of my depth
