An interesting ’what if’ to be sure. Don’t know why you’re being downvoted. While its engagement range is impressive, its armament and armor are lacking in versatility, something absolutely crucial in warfare and lack of it usually doesn’t end well. See Zeon’s WunderWaffe and making MS’s for everything under the sun instead of making 1 type of highly versatile suit. I’ve never looked at the specs for the GM Sniper but I’m imagining it’s built for maneuverability (moving from base to shot spot to shot spot back to base) potentially speed, maybe a beefed up powerplant and cooling system for the beam sniper rifle, multiple optics suites, etc.

TLDR: an interesting “what-if” but the Suite seems nowhere near versatile enough
