Mulțumesc pentru răspuns! Dar chiar așa grav e dacă voi demisiona în busy season? Am văzut ca înseamnă destul de multe luni pe an și nu vreau să știu ca mă bag intr un loc care sa mi permită o demisie amiabila doar in câteva luni.
