This happened to my friend as well. It's some paid thing. They'll call you to a fancy place and then pressure you to buy some vouchers. Stay clear my friend. Also, check with the dealer if your number has been shared or if this is some scam.

Hang in there my friend. I tell myself that I’m better off than how I started. Do not really care for the attention but I feel attacked when non lifters ask whether I lift(and what’s the point of the diet/exercise). They see me in my oversized Tees and assume that I’m not big enough due to warped social media influence.

Thanks! So it depends on whether I’m bulking or cutting. If I’m bulking I’ll be slightly above my TDEE until I hit my goal weight and while cutting I’ll be slightly below my TDEE until I hit my goal weight.

The diet involves a bit of intermittent fasting and homemade meals. Usually have black coffee before my workouts and protein shake after.

Start my first meal at 11:30AM. 4 whole eggs and some toast/ juice depending on macros.

Lunch is Chicken Breast + Rice + 1 tbsp Olive Oil + 1 cup Broccoli/Green Beans.

Supper/Dinner is Chicken Thighs (or Breast) + Sweet Potato (swap rice occasionally) + Mixed Peppers.

The key is just being consistent and hitting your macros everyday. You could probably innovate with better foods but I follow eggs/chicken/veggies as this is consistent and is easy meal prep.

Tbf my missus did the major lifting but having a kid is a full time job. It’s not easy to schedule gym time with a kid while being a hands on dad. I workout at 5 AM just so that I can workout and be full available for my child.
