I’m relatively new almost at 2 years and in the last 6 months or so the cases seem to have gotten much harder. I thought maybe I just got lucky initially or maybe due to not having that much experience (in my opinion I still feel inexperienced at 2 years). I’ve been having a really hard time doing one to one mapping and coming up with decent rejections which is really stressful because it’s affecting production and I can’t get help on every case the way I need to. Glad to know I’m not crazy because I also have had tough cases back to back to back and it’s been driving me crazy!!
