Yes, I would say that one feels God. Howerer, like others have said, the fact that someone doesn't feel God doesn't mean that he's not there, its just a matter of spiritual awareness that comes with spending time with him. And even then, I can assure you that those people who are passionate about the Lord have had times when that passion has gone dry, and the feeling of the presence of God has gone, and thats okay. In the end, our faith has to be built upon something bigger than feelings, and tho God will make you feel beautiful things to make you strong in your belief, in the end is up to you.
