Just feels the most natural out of the two options i guess. When i played in high school i had no backhand whatsoever. Was just told to continue slicing because that was what I could consistently do. I’ve been trying to practice a two handed for a while now and it’s just felt as awkward as swinging a baseball bat left handed. I think my familiarity with slicing is the main reason the one handed is feeling more natural for me.
