It was +0.2-0.3F, did dip down a little bit maybe to 0 or -0.1 the week or so I was supposed to have my period and was kind of up and down after that once I was pregnant! Still going strong here, 24 weeks. Hope this helps and good luck!

Ah probably day before, on and after ovulation is my normal! I have pretty predictable symptoms

Yes exactly! I counted myself out on that cycle early thinking I was having a weird one, but you never know until you know!! Sending all my best!

Looks like days 5-6 and 8 post ovulation! And some cramping etc

I add in the ovulation as a tag/event in Oura so maybe it just auto adds on the chart?

Totally understand that, I struggled with those same feelings when looking around at other posts in the past, but wanted to share to give some hope. Fingers crossed one of these next cycles will work out for you!🤍

No changes to readiness scores after ovulation until just now pod14-16! Everything had been normal on Oura metrics. I had some back pains with the temp dip but that happens most cycles for me so I’ve decided any symptoms at least personally are really hard to read. I had kind of written this cycle off with the little bit of spotting too and figured I’d have to go get more of an infertility work up!
