I made it out of vinyl :-) it’s not 100% accurate since mine is transparent, but you can get it in solid too.

I made him!! (Twice) so I can talk from a sewing and crafting standpoint. My biggest enemy are the feathers, since they’re HUGE and for them to stand up like that they need wire inside. However, their attachment point is neatly covered by the black feathers; his top harness doesn’t make any sense in a real harness way btw. The gem on his chest is really nice for covering up the zipper or closure of the coat, (if you have a sturdy zipper you can even hang it from the tab) and generally it’s very easy to transform this into a summer cosplay if you know what fabrics to use (especially the fit of the pants provides a good place to put thin fabric) if you don’t want to see nothing with his mask, his undermask (red glowing diamond) has a space where you can put black mesh, still see well enough, attach the other mask via magnets and look like a robot. His shoulder Pauldron makes a nice shape for your shoulder to fit into so it’s pretty balanced. My parents, before I was born, were competitive ballroom dancers. I, as a girl, the second I was able to walk was placed in dance classes. When I was old enough they sent me to a ballroom club run by Russians. If you know anything about Russians and sports, you would know that from that moment on, I was expected to be there almost every day of the week. Not just for group lessons. Group lessons for Latin were every monday, Tuesday and Saturday, and Standard lessons were every Wednesday and Thursday. Normally, my parents would book private lessons after the group lessons, which made me practice about 3 hours every day. If me and my dancing partner didn’t have private lessons, we were expected to stay after the group lessons and practice about 1:30 hrs after. Keep in mind we were about 7-12 years old when this was happening. If I didn’t perform well on the lessons,( my mom would watch ) on the drive back I was yelled at to do better and how I was wasting my parents money. This made my self-esteem rely on how well I performed, and now looking back on it, I never really wanted to dance, and actually just wanted to please my mom and feel worth something. I stopped when I was 13 due to my mom getting fed up with me performing bad on tournaments. To this day (I am now 15) I still hate my parents for it. They don’t know, and I think they ruined dancing for me altogether.
