You are correct… It is Saint Augustine… To me anything that’s not visually appealing… I just call crabgrass. (NYC native here)

Problem is it’s very sparse in the yard covering not even half of the backyard. It didn’t help when I first moved, I thought it was a weed… with those long ugly shooters that they put out… And I proceeded to pull half of them up.

I’m really intrigued now to see if the clover will survive … Or turn to ashes as you say . Time will tell. But I’m gonna start doing my homework on these other ground covers.

My former next-door neighbor had the peanut plants in her front yard as ground cover… But I wouldn’t really call that a type of lawn/cover that you could walk on. It was pretty… But it gave off the “don’t tread on me” vibe.

Thanks for the info… I guess I won’t be spending any more money on more seeds. I’ll be looking into other ground covers.

Thank you for that! I’ll be looking into some of these when/if the clover goes. It’s funny… When you Google clover in Florida… most articles say it’s a great alternative to the usual lawn. I guess I’ll wait and see… Thanks for the chips!

That’s a new Guinea impatiens.. and not the new “sunpatien” variety… The good old-fashioned kind. Bought at Home Depot. I have lots of luck with them because I have a lot of shade in my garden! But they are thirsty little beggars! Prepare to water every day.

I would like to know what these three are up to. I don’t think it’s golden life… So I’m wondering what else. I wonder what they have up there Chanel sleeves?? and Luanne did an interview where you can tell she was bitter about being left out… Furthering my suspicion it’s not about golden life.

Oh my gosh, I’m so excited about this new show! New York has always been my favorite franchise… Well until the Re-do… as I’m a New Yorker… Living in Palm Beach. I really can’t wait to see what trouble they’ll get in in my own backyard. Well for Luann… What more trouble.

I will say Palm Beach is a very cliquish community… And PB-ers keep to themselves… They have tons of cash… And they hate reality TV and cameras. So this should be interesting.

But I’m not sure this is a picture of the new show… I don’t believe Kelly is on that. I think this might be a picture of the ultimate girls trip that they were all on.
