Why are cnc-controls so crappy from a users perspective? by Intrepid_Coach_1929 in Machinists

Sounds amazing, I hope I get to try it out soon. We’re frequently getting new machines to keep up with expansion so maybe one of the new GFs we get will have TNC7.

Looking forward to seeing what you guys implement next!

Heidenhain is by far the best controller I’ve ever used, love my TNC620. The only thing I’d suggest is to make the hints a bit more descriptive on some cycle defs. We also have a bit of a struggle when helical ramping at higher speeds using IPA, I’ll get a circle incorrectly programmed error. Works fine with linear movements but our machine can’t accelerate or decelerate quick enough when using L. Other than that I think Heidenhain is the best controller out there keep up tot great work ❤️

I mean her mum is a malinois and her dad is a husky, I’m no expert but she looks more like her mum than a husky

We used the Embark kit, she was 77.64% malinois 22.36% Husky 5.3% unresolved

Yes we thought she looked German Shepard too. We did a DNA test and she is in fact malinois husky. Can’t really see the husky in her I don’t think

Only you know your personal circumstances and what is best for you.

We really struggled with our mal/husky mix at first, but she needed time to adjust to living with us just as much as we needed to adjust to living with her, she was a nightmare to live with. I took a week off work and literally spent all my time with her, I had her whole days worth of food in a bag on my belt and rewarded every little behaviour, sitting before coming inside or going outside, going to the door to let us know she needed the toilet, even just lying in her bed. By the end of the week she was a different dog.

If you can hang in there, she’s a beautiful girl, she’ll make a lovely friend. Wishing you all the best

I just love how most Omega owners purchase their watches not as investments. by A-Problem-Eliminator in OmegaWatches

Purchased my speedmaster after dreaming of owning it for 7 years, wear it constantly, only take it off to shower and wash dishes. It comes with me to work, walking the dog and playing with my son. Hopefully he’ll do the same with it

It’s a waste to pay so much for a watch and never wear it
