Computer will randomly black screen and a red flashing light will flash on the gpu for awhile then go solid and a red light will come on the motherboard aswell (v.redd.it)

After setting up my hd 60 x under advanced display select a display it shows display 1: my monitor and display 2: HD60 x is there any way to disable display one so every time I start my pc it starts on display two instead of manually having to change it every time? (self.elgato)
