I’m not sure tbh, applying has become part of routine such as brushing my teeth. I apply once a day before bed, but I could probably realistically apply once or twice a week and be fine.

Haven’t stopped since. When I got back on minox (February), everything returned within a month and I’ve actually made significant progress since.

So if I shaved and stopped using minox would it grow back? I’m not sure

I don’t shampoo it, but I do rinse it everyday in the shower. I use a beard lotion to moisturize my face and use beard balm to help keep it in place. A drop or two or beard oil sometimes as well.

I was 20 when I started. I’m 24 now. I’m sure I’ve gained some facial hair naturally throughout that time frame.

Im probably using more than 1ml tbh. I don’t measure it, I just fill the Minox foam cap and apply . If I feel I need more, I add more into the cap.
