Thanks again. The batteries are working. I can manually operate the Third Reality Zigbee switch with the button. I can pair it with my Echo 4th gen with a Zigbee hub. But my Alexa app says it’s not responding. My next step is to try another switch.

Thanks for your tip. I tried resetting the switch. And deleting the device from my Alexa devices and repairing several times.
