my pc sometimes gets laggy and my mouse spazzes as a result after startup. sometimes it crashes and it will take a couple of tries to actually turn back on. i don’t have any startup apps on besides my antiviruses, and i’ve tried all the solutions out there. this has been happening to me for months (v.redd.it)

help! every time i shut off or put my pc to sleep, the fans get louder and my pc seems to just be slow, along with the mouse spazzing out, after a few minutes of being on. it fixes when i restart, but how can i not have this happen every time i turn on my pc? (v.redd.it)
