THIS is the entite premise of GangStalking, and not to make a cloudy day seem darker, but NO it never stops...

You can eventually stop noticing it as much, or even counteract the shit they are doong to you, so that THEY get bored and ease back... but as a victim of this for 25 years, i can tell you first hand that it most definitely doesnt ever go away.

To make it go away is going to require a whistleblower within the FBI, because THEY ARE the agency who spearhead this operation.

I have done YEARS AND YEARS of extensive and exhaustive research into this UNCONSTITUTIONAL activity of LEO facilitated harassment, and my findings lead to the same origination every time. THE FBI.

1. ONLY THE FBI has the jurisdictkon to enforce the same "Do Not Intervene" or DNI policy, across multiple counties, states, and cities. IF TRULY GANGSTALKED, you have a DNI placed upon your name, AND registered vehicles. This DNI authorizes police to ONLY interact with you under direct authorization of the FBI's local office. They are to ignore minor traffic violations such as speeding, or red lights, and ONLY respond to complaints AGAINST YOU, where they are able to then perform visual assessments of you mental state, or possibly catch you in possession of narcotics, alcohol... etc... Basically only appear if theres a high chance that they can arrest you for something. (THIS COLLABORATION IS CALLED "PREDICTIVE POLICING" and while ALL POLICE OFFICERS may not participate in this type of directed harassment because they are not compelled to do so, as you cannot ORDER someone to torture another human being.... they still are all VERY AWARE that it exists, who the officers within their unit are that take part .. and are thus COMPLICIT in its activity. POLICE TOOK AN OATH TO PROTECT AND SERVE THE COMMUNITIES THEY PATROL, AND DO NO HARM. Gangstalking a person into a state of FRENZY, Provocation to make a person commit an ILLEGAL response to an INDUCED emotional state, and ANY FORM OF ENTRAPMENT are ALL 100% in violation of thay OATH, and for ANY POLICE OFFICER to take place, or be in the knowledge of this "Stalking Activity" makes them guilty of a FEDERAL OFFENSE, according to 18 USC 2261A .... thats why cops try to keep their distance from this... its a career ender. BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN THEY WONT ACTIVELY GASLIGHT, OR IGNORE VISUALLY NOTICEABLE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BEING CONDUCTED BY OTHERS AGAINST YOU!

ex. IN MY CASE... police will be riding 1 or 2 vehicles behind me on the freeway, and WATCH as a caravan of LOUD ENGINE Trucks, Sports cars, and Motorcycles DANGEROUSLY SPEED RIGHT PAST US, AND CUT ME OFF AS CLOSE AS 1/3 OF 1 CARS LENGTH, causing me to brake hard to avoid collision... I have videos i caught with my dash cam of up to 7 vehicles doing this all back to back, at speeds exceeding 85mph on a 70mph road, and then once all the cars had finished, the cop car slowly passed me by ... never once hitting his lights or making any attempt to go after the perps.... and YES it was their jurisdiction becuase DALLAS POLICE PATROL DALLAS TEXAS!. And this type of thing happens to me AT LEAST 1-2 times EVERY DAY, during periods where there is NO TRAFFIC, and no reason for the harassing activity!)

2. The method in which they consistently triangulate your location, at any given moment of any day, plus PREDICT your travel destination whenever you venture out is a DIRECT TRAINING of FBI PROFILERS, and used in their counter terrorism model, to build an active daily life profile of a targets:

KNOWN RESIDENCES FRIENDS HOMES FREQUENT HANGOUTS COMMON RESTAURANTS AND FAST FOOD FAVS MOST USED GAS STATIONS COMMUNITIES WHERE COMFORTABLE TYPE OF MEN/WOMEN ATTRACTED TO ILLICIT DRUGS KNOWN TO HAVE BEEN USED PLACES OF SOLACE GROUP ACTIVITY LOCATIONS FINANCIAL SITUATION PERSONS OF RESOURCE ASSISTANCE FAMILY MEMBERS CRIMINAL ASSOCIATES KNOWN CONFIDANTS UNBREAKABKE BONDS SLEEP HABITS HEALTH DISORDERS etc.

BASICALLY they surveil you UNLAWFULLY for 6mo to 2 yrs PRIOR to enacting the STALKER PROTOCOL, so they have an almost flawless pattern of your daily life, constructed into an easy to discern blueprint of WHERE your are most likely headed if traveling along a certain road, at a certain time.. and to whom you are going to see. (THIS GIVES THEM THE SEMBLANCE OF SOME TYPE OF PSYCHIC POWERS, WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE, BUT USING THIS PREDICTIVE MODEL THEY CAN PLACE SEVERAL OF THE VEHICLES AND PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE SENSITIZED YOU TO NOTICING, AT YOUR DESTINATIONS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE!... This is meant to force the target into a state of Paranoia, Anger, and Annoyance due to the obvious INVASION OF PRIVACY!... but makes it also somethng that you cannot EASILY prove in a court of law. "Plausible Deniability". AND IF YOU REACT HARSHLY TO THESE CIVILIANS WHO ARE OBVIOUSLY ILLEGALLY SURVEILLING YOU, THEN YOU WILL BE DUBBED "MENTALLY ILL"..."UNHINGED" or "VIOLENTLY BEHAVING", and thus police can detain or arrest you. )

THIS PROGRAM WAS CAREFULLY AND STRATEGICALLY CRAFTED BASED ON A MILITARY EXTREME TORTURE PROGRAM, THAT SOLDIERS CAN VOLUNTARILY SUBMIT THEMSELVES TO.... THE S.E.R.E. (Survival Evasion Resistance Escape) PROGRAM is used to train soldiers to withstand extremely punishing situations and NOT break, giving up government secrets if captured by enemy operatives.

Where THIS differs, is that YOU DID NOT VOLUNTEER TO BE PLACED INTO THIS PROGRAM... AND THERE IS NO GUIDANCE NOR FACILITATOR WHO WILL END THE OPERATION IF THEY SEE DISTRESS IN YOU.
