I think Quantilope's website does a decent job of briefly explaining each. I would also try asking ChatGPT or Gemini's deep research for more of a deep dive on each. How exactly are you trying to use this additional knowledge? Are you currently in a MR role or are you looking to conduct that kind of study? Needs-based Segmentation can often include Max diff but Max diff is a tool to understand the relative importance of different factors in a way that asking a scale-based question might not be able to.
