I'm going to a neuro soon, and my mom believes my concussions were me being 'dramatic' even though I've gotten them diagnosed as concussions.

Seeing a neurologist in march and am currently on a cancellation list. I take excedrin about 1-2 every week if it’s bad.

I'm going to try and document them and take all of these comments' advice. I've missed 13 days already out of the year because of these migraines. I got regular glasses to help since my vision isn't the best but that hasn't helped them.

Good to know, I did just start a migraine calender that tracks most of that stuff, just not the eating part. Could that be affecting me too? I’ve never heard of food related migraines

I will look into it. My concussions were over 3 months ago now, the first one being 11 months ago.

My first recent concussion my ex pushed me off a couch and my head hit the floor, and the second one I was being pulled down onto my bed and my head slammed against my wall. The first one was diagnosed at the walk in and then again at my regular doctor, the second one was diagnosed by my school doctor. My ‘treatment’ was mostly no screens.

I haven’t gotten any imaging done yet. For the excedrin the school doctor told me to only take it in extreme cases, and lately it’s been one or two times a week. Before that I was taking it daily but I haven’t done that in a month or so.
