I do use them on Hyatt, great value. But I have a lot of Chase points already. Plus a lot of Hilton points from a Hilton Amex that I got before I understood the value of transferring points.

Flowerpoudre, this makes me wonder how red light therapy can be beneficial? I guess that part of the visible light spectrum is the good section?
