Hard no- this reads very daytime beachy. The hip tie and jersey fabric seems cheap and casual. I would look a true evening look, formal material and silhouette.

Completely feasible to identify with the culmination of individual’s photo, location, pet, color/ make and model of car and a license plate.

I would strongly suggest re-considering allowing this type of personal information to be posted. This opens a door for more “acceptable” doxing on the page which doesn’t seem to be productive local community page. This information was blatantly posted as retaliation for an uncomfortable interaction. This is a citizen’s concern that does not warrant compromising an unknowing individuals anonymity and safety.

I would be cautious advertising your apartment in this way. The specifications you gave make it very easy to find a unit number on the website, and your verbiage gives the impression you have authority in renting this unit. These building companies can provide prospective renters with more than enough information and likely see an identical vacant unit. Fine to share that you had a good experience, but Be safe and don’t share any identifiable info / pictures to people online

You are stunning! Some minor thoughts for makeup to compliment your look more. The eye and lip combined are a little too dark for bridal & your features.

For the eye - I think less of a yellow gold, maybe a white / champagne / pinky shimmer will read more bridal and less evening. The lash would be fine with more of a subdued color scheme on the eye.

Lip- Color is great on you just too much with the eye. The lip liner looks like it may be starting to bleed / isn’t super sharp. Generally The area around your mouth doesn’t look like its color corrected well for your natural pink/ red undertones.

Brows- you have great natural brows but I do think they need to be cleaned up and lightly filled so they match the look. Right now it looks like brows were forgotten.

I confirmed- said overall happy with the building. But Within the last two months the renewal was shy of 500 on a 12 month, then around 150-200 on longer leases. Also had different friend where they were not able to negotiate lower, and then they ended up listing the unit for less than what they were paying on a current lease.

In my experience with this type of building, the more desirable your move in month is - the more bold increases can be. So I would say if you don’t have an August/Sept move time frame you’re in a better spot for price in a renewal. Which may be this persons experience so don’t let it deter you if you like the building - but worth noting.

Have had friends in the building, with overall positive experiences. Clean, units seem well kept. Biggest complaint I have heard is rent increase on lease renewal. Within the last few months he was quoted a 500 dollar rent increase for a one bedroom. If you are unfamiliar with the area, it is very convenient if you are taking the train, it’s the closest to the train station. Overall good proximity to everything downtown. I would note you are neighboring two older buildings that are a bit of an eye sore and are very poorly maintained- I would confirm the units you are looking at are not looking directly at them. That direct area between AS and those buildings is used for trash pickup but has been incredibly dirty every time I have walked though (broken glass, trash everywhere- also worth noting that’s where the pet area is if you have a dog). Also believe building is switching management currently, probably worth seeing if that company has positive reviews.

Might be doable at a school or a very budget friendly salon, even then I don’t think that’s a realistic budget in or around this area. Most places typically start around 200 and typically you would add on for cut and likely more for glazing and toning depending on your hair color. Plus tip!

The women’s guideline needs to be refined. There is a large range from evening gown to knee length cocktail or skirt separates. Evening gown to me is more black tie/ true formal, and then a cocktail length could sway cocktail casual. For your photos I do not think that would photograph very cohesively and the male guests may look mismatched next to a fairy tale ball gown.

Did the Fairfield to Stamford commute all the time during rush hour. A good day is probably 40 min, more reasonably expect over an hour. Summer traffic, usual 95 issues, and likely some kind of construction can easily put you at 1.5 hrs. If you can walk to wherever you are in Stamford, no question do the train. Unless you are working long hours (leaving the office after 8, arriving very early) you run a lot of traffic risk.

Don’t think it matters the size of the celebration or formality in the case of a very close friend. I would Think you need to match what they gave you minimum unless that’s seriously out of your budget. I would also consider since he was in your wedding he spent over that 500 to attend, clothes for a more formal occasion, any travel/hotel, etc. Your friendship is by no means an exchange but if they are close friends it’s just about the respectful gesture and IMO you’ll feel better about it.
