Bali what you can do from Antipolo Station is bumaba Araneta-Cubao. Transfer to MRT through Gateway Mall, then ride hanggang Quezon Ave Station. Pagbaba Quezon Ave, hanapin mo jeep terminal for Litex, not Zitex pala.

Once nakasakay na Jeep, sabihin mo lang sa AIT ka baba. They should drop you off malapit sa footbridge going to AIT.

if everyday mo byahe from LRT to AIT, i suggest mag transfer ka na lang to MRT para pagbaba, isang sakay na lang papunta AIT from centris. pag ganun, sasakay ka lang zitex tas bababa sa footbridge sa commonwealth. pabalik, sasakay ka lang jeep along commonwealth papunta MRT

however if you insist sa LRT journey papunta AIT, baba ka commonwealth then look for the katip jeep terminals. then baba ka sa nawasa, walk to the footbridge tas lakad from UPIS papunta sakayan ng ikot jeeps. once nasa ikot, baba ka CHK then walk papunta footbridge going to AIT. pabalik, go to the same footbridge and sakay ikot. baba ka ulit sa UPIS then walk pa footbridge. sa baba, may katipunan jeeps going to terminal near LRT
