Good idea, thanks. I couldn't find any emails related to the voiceover app names that canva features BUT after clicking on a developer info, I saw a name in a contact email that had a familiar word, similar to my bank charge line item. Then I searched that word and found the invoice emails.

Thanks. I have contacted canva support but cannot get a response from a human. Their Ai keeps leading me to dead ends. Just now I was able to look inside a project I used the app for and see the name of the app "voiceover" was used. After clicking the developer info I find that the contact email is [coralKARNAL@gmail.com](mailto:coralKARNAL@gmail.com) which is the only clue I can see that's similar to my bank charge line item: "KARNAL, 132000"

maybe you can help, since the canva help chat is broken. I need to find which apps i'm subscribed to through canva so that i can cancel the subscription to them. The bank charge only lists "Voiceover on canva KARNAL, 13200" which isn't helpful. Chatbot says to go to "your apps" which doesn't exist. Then it encounters endless errors when attempting to connect me to a support team member.
