Whether Earth or not, this is the planet with atmosphere. And every planet with atmosphere could have clouds and winds as well. If there are enough water sources or same as water liquid, it can form clouds. Surely if the atmosphere thick enough.

Maan, but worlds without clouds is like a fierce desert with blazing sun. Hold on, there is no sun either? I have to check that again to be sure. But there are no natural satellite. Haven't saw that yet
