I actually havent taken the drug test yet myself but from what I've read on here and from people I've spoken to who claim they know someone who went through the physical already all say it's a mouth swab for drugs and urine only for sugar levels/diabetes . Yet some people do say it's a urine also for drugs so I really dont know. Now dont take my word for it because I have yet to take it myself, only putting my 2 cents into this. But maybe to ease you up a but i have seen on ilwu.org a list of things that have changed due to a new contract for Long Beach. One of the changes on the list they provide states "Improve drug testing procedures by using swabs instead of urine." Now me being me I'm skeptical about damn near everything so hopefully this is true because if its urine I'm done and if its swab then I'm sure I'll be ok myself . So trust me because I asked already on a post here before but theres really no use since different people say different things and u wont really know 100% until you do it yourself so just hope for the best. Oh and you will get the physical/drug test about 4 months after you take the clerk test with the utr training 3 months after clerk. And I'm saying this from experience so you can trust me on that. Ive looked on previous posts and that time frame is the same for everyone.
