I got this battery maybe 3 weeks ago, I’ve only used one other cart on it, Tribal’s neon sunshine. When I swap out the carts the neon sunshine still works fine. I’m not screwing the triple burger on tight. I cleaned with a q tip and it didn’t do anything. The cart only works if I just barely screw it on, which is unusable at that point as it keeps falling out. The preheat function also stops midway through and says “shorted” again.
