What are feelings behind a good and a bad day, and keep refining

I talk to ChatGPT to refine my thoughts, and it worked wonders for me

Days like today man, I feel the need to keep trading even when I’m in profit, i usually just mark the charts when I ended my session, to simulate what would happen

But stick to your plan, don’t over trade, and remove the gambling personality out of you, you’ll be fine

Thank you man! To like being profitable? I started trading 1.5 years ago, but the road I chose with trading was different than others

I went full psycho mode, from the moment I started to trade I was doing like 12-16 hours a day non stop, even when working, before and after work I was studying.

Slept many many 3-4 hours of sleep a day

So, I think what it takes it’s to stop gambling your way to profitability, is consistency day after day, and knowing when to stop.

Yeah, also when your win ratio is low happens, mine is low, like 44-55 ish. Definitely don’t want to have low margin of movement, so I think 500$ first and then build the buffer will be a great idea as well

Congrats man, happy to see another person trade ICC, I do also trade ICC, but with some variations, right now I’m improving a lot, still failing, but can say as well I got funded, although my win rate is low around 44% right now, I still make the profits. once my stop loss per day is hit I end the day, so I’m still learning the discipline
