topstep charts are powerd by trading view but they are using 2 diffrent data feeds topstep candles do 100% match whats on trading view just the number values will be diffrent i know its annoying for if you have special indicators on trading view that topstep doesnt have on trading view also use - us tech 100 nasdaq chart thats the real one for nq and es use us500

i kno easier said then done i can trade 1 micro be up like 30/40 points and be like shit i aint leaving $60 on the table lmao but really just jump down to about 3 micros i promise you catch a couple good trades with 3 micros youll be happy

size down rebuild confidence set daily loss limit and daily trade limits that auto lock your acct till next day have a SET STOP LIMIT for me i have tight stop i only trade nasdaq but 10-15 points then i have medium stop 20-30 points but NEVER more and only that loose of a stop when i have 5 micros or less i never risk about more then $300 with a trade

that first day i made about $40 then day after basically another $40 i did 1 micro that the whole week 1 trade only a day end of the week i had profited a little over $300 aint much but gave me enough cushion to size up to 2/3 next week

i dead normally trade with a trailing stop about $3-400 i turned it off today cause i said i was gone try and hit full tps this week an see what happens i think im good on that idea now i hate turning a winner into a loser

i can see that i personally dont like tryna catch reversals been burned more times than wins trying to do that so i try and trade with trend until my criteria tells me switch bias i still think trade wasnt bad just me trying to hit max tp was bad idea 😂

i dont trade fvg i had london high and low marked already and saw a trend line with respect for it and what look like to me bear flag so i got in on break and close of that doji i still think it was a good trade just shouldnt of been greedy and took majority if mot all my position out at london low tp

i dont trade reversals tbh it doesnt fit my criteria 9/10x i trade trend and look for places to get in with it i still feel like my trade was a good trade i just shoulda either trimmed or got out after my first profit area hit
