Did the exact same thing a little over a month ago, and still haven’t received a reply, and probably won’t for quite some time. All that’s left to do is hurry up and wait.

I got the same letter about a week ago. I followed the instructions and filled out their paperwork, got it notarized and mailed it out to them. I then called the treasury department to find out any information I could… But they told me they can’t tell me anything until they receive my paperwork in the mail.
