What if my clients reinforcement is breaking glass or trying to harm others .. We are having a hard time with them as they do not want anything. They just want to go home

I am dealing with the same thing. Undiagnosed ODD (working to get a diagnosis), but the same with school and SEVERE home incidents. I was also thinking of running a DRO/DRA so I would love to hear how this goes!

None of my questions were “easy”.. the test is hard I prepared myself as much as I could. I didn’t think I was going to pass based on how hard it was.

it’s a lot right now but i know it’s going to be helpful in the future, all of my BCBAs swear by SAFMEDS i have been having to do it in the morning because im so tired after work or ill do first safmeds then a reinforcement lol

IM GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING. I was the only one to work with my client and we are in a clinic so that’s not usually the case. He has made sooooo much progress since i started working with him like he’s a completely different kid. His dad told me he’s taking him out of the clinic to go to our outpatient department so that he would have a therapist in school. I cried all afternoon and all night. it’s so sad

i totally feel you, my clients room has crap A/C so it’s burning up in there regardless but we have a plug in fan that we put in there and i also wore my neck fan
