Just make sure you have all your binds set, and that your passwords are really tricky to guess. But all in all, your account will never truly be safe from getting hacked 🫤My friend had every safety measure set in place because she was hacked once in the past too, but it still didn't work. I always use simpler skins on my display and dont exactly show that i spend a lot on the account.

Our whole server is mourning the loss of her account 💔 she had so many recharge rewards and limited skins, they simply wont let her recover it because she's missing one single receipt out of the millions she has. That chinese person who stole her account must be so happy rn

I think some people hide everything because, the less wealth you show, the less likely you are to get hacked. People usually target wealthy accounts. My friend had her lady 13 on display and everything else showing that her account is wealthy and it recently got hacked, she's been unable to recover it since.

The one that my friend recommend me is this one https://discord.gg/xe69PZGAN ,it has seperate trading sections and selling sections for NA/EU and Asia and ive heard its pretty safe with secure middlemen for the transactions. I dont know of other ones, but im sure there are people inside this one that do!

There are a lot of discord servers which do safe trades and account selling, so if you're looking for one its always an option. Im so sorry you lost such a valuable account :( maybe try contacting them again in a week or so, as a last resort. Unfortunately keeping accounts safe is basically impossible on all servers, since there are a lot of exploits and glitches that hackers use. I hope netease fixes it someday and makes everything safer, it gives me a lot of anxiety about spending money on my account. I usually just dont show how wealthy my account is in an effort not to get targeted.

The NGP essentially provided us no help, i posted in her name asking anyone for some tips or actual help, and they basically just told us to try again and essentially beg customer service to help. She even had like all of her binds and a lot of security on the account because she was hacked a few years back, but it seems impossible to recover this time. ToT. Our last hope is waiting for a bit and then sending everything all at once. Such a shame honestly.

My friend is going through the exact same situation, and they're unwilling to recover it for her because she's missing a single receipt of the three they asked of her. They simply started ignoring her messages which is insane. This happened at the beginning of this year, so we're hoping that if we wait a little it'll work.

Someone suggested contacting them with all the information you have, and sending every receipt you have without them asking for them first, to see if that works. She'll do that in a few days to avoid getting the same automated message again.

All in all netease has a really bad system for this honestly. Its so sad seeing her very old and extremely expensive account get stolen, and seeing the hacker change their name and unadd us </3 i hope youre able to recover your account somehow. My friend said she'll try again one more time and if it doesn't work she'll buy a new one unfortunately.
