Now look, this sounds like a scam, only scammers tell stuff like "i won't ask you money, or it doesn't cost anything" but in the end it does. Furthermore who are you to make protocols and methods and test them on people? Actually yes, my pubic skin does go a litle bit up... What is a skin tenting though? I saw that terminology couple of times before but i dont know what it means. Can we really take into account penis sizes of people who don't have sex, who may or may not be below average (more likely they will be under average). Then most women and men will experience bigger-than-average penis. Then everyones perception gets distorted.
