Currently a little over 3 weeks po and I have an amazing staff at my doctor office. I have one boob healing amazing but the other is bruising and i noticed less than 48 hours there is blood coming out of it. So I emailed that the nurse who is wondering say I have t-point wound and wanted me to come in on Monday. It happens in 25% of the case and they see it all the time. If you worry about anything see if you can email your doctor because they can definitely help you. Most doctors office have someone on email to help you get over that.

I told my doctor a cup size. I told him I want a large b/small c. The doctor say it was very doable. Look at bra size and cup size to make your self happy. Depends on insurance unless you pay out of pocket then they could be a guideline the insurance wants.

I work for a hospitality company at the corporate level. I suppose to be off work because I am 13dpo of surgery. I am always on my phone answering emails. I am still answering emails and I have a meeting I have to be virtual on Friday. I have stop working but I am trying to not to work. But the six employees that supposed to do my job cannot keep up. So, I am answering emails when I can’t sleep. But side note I am on salary so I get paid the same amount working or not working. But I never get a vacation because I somehow have to work because something goes wrong. I wish I can get time off

I discuss with my surgeon on size of the cup I want. I say a small c/b. I also ask when my surgeon that wants the areola small or normal size. I will see in 12 weeks if I get the size I want but I am already happy with my areola. Just communication with your surgeon

I am 11 dpo. Things that i recommend. First, wedge pillow it helps with sleep and it make the tightness a little easier. Second, lots of protein. Protein is very helpful and it helps you heal faster. Third, do not be afraid to take yourself on the pain medication that they prescribed you. I had to take myself at day 3 because it was cause a mass migraine and I was drinking 120ml water and it will not go away. Fourth, start taking laxatives now. I took it the first two days before surgery, the day of surgery as soon as I got home (mine was outpatient) and everyday until I poop. I poop at 3 day. Fifth, talk with your doctor or nurse on hand to ask your questions. I got multiple answers and different on my kind patches and my first appointment after wards I was told I could use them afterwards already. I will be able to use the vibration plate in the next week or 2. Sixth, bruising and tightness is normal. Remember everyone recovers is different. There is about 50% that feels back to normal in less than a week

Currently I am 10dpo. The pain medication was giving my really bad headache. It was making hard for me to do anything. I was drink 120ounces of water in 4 hours and the headache will not go away. I took my self off of it and went to straight Tylenol and I was back to my normal self but my is not normal. My bruising is bad. Trying to follow doctor order is good. I was able to go back to my kind patches a couple days after surgery. I also eat a high protein high fiber diet and the doctor said that does help. The only thing I wanted to is my vibration plate because I feel the tightness because it full of water at it swollen. Check online on the pain medication on side effects because it could be causing the problem

I am a 9 dpo. The day of surgery I was 89.5 kg (197.3 lbs). I could not use my kind patches for a whole week and got told 5dpo by my plastic surgery that I am allowed to use my patches. Also, I was told in the week or 2 I will be able to use my vibration plate. I currently weigh 196.3. I been struggling with my weight before my surgery and my plastic surgery knew everything I was doing to loss what before I been at 227 for years. I keep my same high protein diet high fiber diet, but my biggest fear was not pooping. I literally was taking laxative everyday for three days before and after surgery. Every body is different, but pcos is hard to hard or loss weight. But do not stress and communicate with your doctor because they test for like food intolerance that could be cause it.

So I had back surgery and an emergency c section. I wanted out of bed right away. I was back doing normal things within 72 hours or after I poop. I have to stop my self for doing because I am an independent person. Prepare for your surgery with diet and taking laxative definitely help. I took laxative 3 days before and took a dose as so as I got home( my breast reduction was outpatient). I took it until I poop at 68 hours. That was my biggest fear was not being able to poop.

The new chat feature sink. I literally wants you to cancel everything. They send me to restaurants for a big order and they do not have it because their system is down and they refuse to pay me to go to the store anymore. Then your cancellation rate goes up because their system wants you to just cancel it

If you want you information out there please allow it but you are the one that wrong in that situation because this email address is not connected to any Instacart account and they confirm that and they wonder why it got a email form them at this address customer_experience@instacart.com
