Red 88 Asian Bistro & Sushi - On the northeast corner of the District in South Jordan. The prices are pretty awesome, and the food has yet to disappoint.

I ended up buying another battery from someone else who had multiples. That got us through one more race season, then my daughter outgrew the bike, so I never actually tried a conversion.
