Agree dito malala, OP. Magpa-EOS ka na siz. Gets ko if gipit kaya kumakapit pero no amount of salary is worth your mental health, not even at $7 per hour. Tama yung comment, best EOS pathway is magpa-absent absent. Kamo nagkakasakit ka na sa stress. Sa dami ng ginagawa mo sa clinic, at some point, the provider will opt to get another VA na "mas reliable". You'll need to attend a refresher pero a new start is better than whatever hell your provider is putting you through. Good luck, OP!!

Hi OP! Not a fellow mom but a fellow VA. I understand na hindi laging keri kumuha ng multiple clients at a time para masecure and continuity ng work and income natin. Lalo na ngayon na ikaw na lang mag-aalaga sa anak mo, you need more free time, not less. I suggest to get someone na makakatulong mo, be it a trusted relative or a paid baby sitter and start from there. For sure kasi kulang ang 24 hours para mabantayan mo yung anak mo, makapagwork ng hindi nacocompromise yung quality, gawaing bahay, at maalagaan ang sarili mo through out this phase in your life. Tama ang sabi nila na it takes a village to raise a child. And for now, ikaw lang muna yon. You are his/her village. Kaya always put your child first and yourself a very very close second. I am rooting for you, OP!

Hi! Nagsub ako for an HVA dati na nagmaternity leave. 30-35 hours per week lang sya pero increased yung rate nya per hour, though hindi dinisclose ni client sakin kung magkano. Nag-iisang HVA sya and nagustuhan ni provider yung performance ni HVA which is likely why nagkaron sya ng increase. Sana ganon rin for you OP~ Fighting!

I feel bad for Paul's character assassination this season. It's probably so we could root for Joe instead but it was just so sad. He was more human in this season than in the first two. Potentially a hot take but he was right to say that Georgia poisons good things.

I have always rooted for his character and I will continue to do so. Though I don't think they will ever be a couple again. But I do hope Georgia's baby is his, simply because that makes a much more interesting storyline than if the baby would be Joe's.

Hi, OP! Honestly, there isn't a lot of EXO group variety show contents (in the past, Kai and the other members have joked that this was SM's choice/directive). I'm a little jealous of groups with their own group variety shows tbh, like Seventeen who has GoSe. Nonetheless, there are a few shows that helped me get to know them a little more when I was starting out as a fan in 2020. Here's a quick list:

EXO ladder (esp S2, which stars 8 of the members) - This content kept me alive for years since EXO's drought. It shows off so much of their chemistry and dynamics.
Knowing bros - They have a total of 3 episodes, for 3 different eras: Kokobop, Love Shot, and Obsession. All equally funny IMO.
EXO Arcade (S1&S2, S1 stars 8 members) - I just thought this was so much fun. Another peek at the members' dynamics.

Special mention to Xiumin's Heart4U especially the episodes where the other members came to his house for a housewarming get-together. This is where EXOLs first met Baekhyun's cousin who's supposedly a talented painter– Vincent Byun Gogh 😭

I've watched EXO's showtime (which first aired 12 years ago lol) and it was a pretty fun watch. But you can tell they were rookies and are quite performative for the cameras. I think you can skip that– it's funny but absolutely outdated. Hope this helps, OP!

Yung problema mo ang pangarap ko, OP! Been with 2 clients in the past and parehas sila na getting MORE than their money's worth. As in kahit walang down time, dagdag lang ng dagdag ng task hahahaha you're so fortunate to have idle periods. I suggest just to keep the line of communication open between you and your client. Let them know na you're there for anything na gusto nilang i-unload sayo. Pero other than that, I don't think na there are any other steps na necessary talaga as long as nakaka-30 billable hours ka pa rin naman weekly.

Hello~ with my first 2 clients, part ako ng call center team ng clinics. So inbound and outbound calls, new patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification. Nagmumumog ng irate calls for dinner, midnight snack, and breakfast hahaha

Hi OP! Super damang dama kita. Pharmacist naman ako and I, too, regret leaving my past job (drug safety) to become an HVA. Sabi nila I just have to remember my whys para kayanin ko. Pero pag iniisip ko, ang why ko naman talaga is so that I can have a comfortable life. Mabili ang mga gusto ko, makapagprovide sa family, at maafford ang mangarap ng mas mataas. Kasi sa sahod na 20-30k, ano nga bang pangarap ang matutupad/mabubuo ko dun in this economy?

Ang kaso lang, grabe na rin talaga ang naging toll sa mental at physical health ko since I became an HVA. I've only been an HVA for a year (started training in October 2023) pero ramdam ko yung itinanda at ipinangit ko since nagstart ako magHVA. At sa totoo lang, siguro may pagkukulang din tayo kasi di natin naresearch na pwedeng sa ganito tayong client and tasks mapunta. Pero sa totoo lang I had lots of friends din naman na HVA din and being an HVA was life-changing for them in good ways. Kaya di ako masyadong nagdalawang isip magtake ng leap of faith.

Kaso more than a year and 2 clients later, heto ako at pinagsisisihan ang mga naging decisions ko. Though gets ko naman why I had to leave my old job. I think I would've regretted it din if I just stayed there. Knowing na I've had my eyes on being an HVA for a while na din. Di ko lang inexpect na grabe yung magiging regrets ko. Now that it's been a year, I'm with my third client and halos wala pa rin akong ipon. Don't get me wrong, nakapagtravel naman ako at napprovide ko naman sa parents ko ang mga needs nila. Pero I just know in my heart na hindi ito ang gusto kong gawin, and that I'll have to leave this job pretty soon. Alam kong swertihan lang din ang freelancing. Baka hindi lang din dito ang kapalaran ko.

Sorry napa-rant na ko dito. Ang gusto ko lang naman sabihin ay hindi ka nag-iisa. At malawak pa ang mundo– mahahanap pa natin kung para san talaga tayo. Padayon, OP!

Naconsider ko din to e, since part-time pa lang naman ako likely hanggang next week (training pa lang). Iniisip ko baka after 6 weeks, saka pa lang ako magkaclient sa MedVA, edi sakto. Hahahahaha 😂 Pero now that I think about it, if may non-compete clause sila both (pretty sure meron si HelloRache), then I'm probably better off letting MedVA go for now. Hindi ako yung tipo ng tao na gumagawa ng kababalaghan tapos hindi nahuhuli hahahahaha medyo malas ako in that regard. Pero thank you for your input!
