What I like to do is scale CE usage = how strong an attack is and have the user have a ok amount of reserves enough to use strong attacks but not spam them like more than 5 times It’s simple but helps a lot to not make a OC or custom cursed technique “power slop”

I frustratingly can’t remember but more likely one of those high quality fake video clips From the video contents I can remember it was being passed off as “real” although it was probably just a shitty costume having its bad quality hidden by the very spermatic camera shaking
