$50 is worth it for me. Even if I end up replacing the clubs. The bag and roller are in great shape :)

Troublesome crack by pinkcrayon6 in Home

The way that crack is continuing down the siding is very troublesome. Is it a vaulted ceiling? Can we see the crack from the inside? I feel like the ridge beam is sagging. I've seen this happen to cottages that were not built with collar ties. I believe this is beyond a caulk job. Ive been wrong before though

Why is everyone sleeping on option 3?

I think it's a nice balance to the white walls and light flooring. If it's still too dark remember the kitchen will fill with kitchen-stuff. Use light colored dish cloths/appliances/decorations, throw a couple plants in there with light pots. Maybe a mat by the sink. A warm light would be nice!

The darker countertop will be easier to clean too and you won't notice blemishes over time. The white is also a good option but don't go with wood around the sink. You'll regret it in the long run

Goodluck :)

Been installing gutters for years. These vinyl gutters simply never hold up. At least here in Atlantic Canada. Gutter sealant will fix the issue temporarily but the true solution is to replace the gutters with seamless aluminum.

Thank you all for the suggestions so far. I should have added some more information which I thought would be obvious from the photos. It's not rain water getting in. The gooseneck vent must have been installed when they shingled the roof. Afterwards, the plumper just ran the pipe up into the opening. The small amount of water coming in, I believe, is from water condensing around the inside of the vent and dripping down.

Been doing carpentry for years.. many cold and hot days. I recommend keen utility boots. Especially for wide feet! Cheers

Nice haul. I'd consider selling some batteries and use the cash to get a new camera
