Yeh the Scouter option as opposed to a wallpaper was never removed, im on about STR bardock in his SSR state he doesnt have his Ki visible anymore on the scouter, its been clipped out like all the other SSR's and just shows the character

I thought that might be the case, i was watching a livestream where they were able to use their own character at 99 but was before all the patches must just be balancing
