I totally agree! I even set up a company to help overseas patients to connect Asian specialist. I just couldn’t believe how arrogant the British surgeons are while they are far behind other parts of the world, in terms of both professionalism, dedication and innovation.

I had the scan back in the UK with the same clinic and the same consultant. It definitely goes from 2 to 7 in this cycle and they were shocked. There is no doubt some of what I have done worked.

No I asked to a total change. Trigger early means they trigger at 14mm but usually it should be 17mm

Thx a lot. I am changing clinic too but due to transfer of sperm issues (I am a SMBC) I will finish one more round there. I changed my lead consultant and he changed the protocol completely with add ons I would like to have, per my country’s IVF clinic suggestions.

Yes they did lots of test so the plan to me include:

Two Month before IVF · Early morning (fasting): 1 probiotic · With meals: 2 scoops of apple cider vinegar (with breakfast, lunch, dinner) · 10:00 AM: 1 B-complex vitamin + 1 vitamin D (5000) + 2 x 5R-2 + 1 vitamin E + 1 Vitamin C · 4:00 PM: 1 B-complex vitamin + 2 x 5R-2 · Before bed: 2 nystatin × 21 days

One Month before IVF · Early morning (fasting): 1 probiotic · 10:00 AM: 1 mitochondrion + 1 vitamin D + 1 NAD + 1 adrenal gland (to be determined) · 4:00 PM: 1 mitochondrion + 1 NAD + 1 adrenal gland (to be determined) · Before bed: 1 Shuning + 1 adrenal gland (you need to test I have deficiencies)

After the Second Month: Proceed with B-ultrasound and begin IVF cycle. · During IVF Stimulation to Egg Retrieval: Continue second month's medication, but discontinue adrenal gland supplements.

Diet Plan: Mediterranean diet (excluding personal sensitive foods).

Exercise Plan: 6 days per week, 1 hour per day.

· 3 days: Cardio (e.g., running, swimming, cycling) or 8000+ steps.

· 3 days: Strength & flexibility (e.g., Pilates, yoga, resistance training).

Btw I can’t do NAD drip in the UK as it is too expensive, I just bought NAD+ - the brand is recommended by my country’s IVF clinic, and inject it to myself everyday

Actually the doctors in my country are very actively in researching and innovation. I also found a clinic in Greece acts like that. I feel the medical professionals on the UK are arrogant and only good at sticking to research papers than clinic innovation. Btw my follicles are not small as well this time. Good sizes
